Your satisfaction means everything to us, and while we strive to ensure each item lives up to your expectations, we understand that sometimes it’s just not the perfect match 🎨

☝️ Just a quick reminder: before requesting a return, please confirm that your package has been delivered. If it’s still marked as "in transit", the return option won’t show up until delivery is confirmed.

Initiate a return

Once your item is delivered, you have 48 hours to check it out and make sure it’s what you wanted. If it’s not quite right, you can request a return - easy as that.

To start a return:

  1. Go to your purchase overview

  2. Click “Item not as expected? Request return”

  3. Select “I don’t like the item” within 48 hours after delivery

  4. Confirm shipping the item back within 72 hours after completing step 3 by uploading shipping evidence

Once the return is finalized, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s price within just a few days. Learn more about the Buyer’s Return Policy.

☝️If it was a pickup order, leave the item directly with the seller and cancel the purchase through your purchase overview, under “Item not as expected”. If you take an item back home, you can’t return it after pickup.

Or give it another life

If you’d rather skip the return process or don’t want to pay return shipping, you can always list the item again yourself! Just snap some fresh photos, write an accurate description, and become the seller 🙌
