Take a moment to compare the item with the seller’s listing. Look for any glaring differences in size, color, condition or missing bits. Remember, sometimes photos can be deceiving, so keep an open mind for minor variations that can occur due to lighting or photography angles 🧐
2. Snap some evidence
Take clear, detailed photos of the differences you’ve found. Visual evidence speaks volumes, so make sure to capture it from various angles.
3. Initiate a return
You also have the option to request a return through marko within 48 hours after delivery - easy as that.
To start a return:
Go to your purchase overview
Click “Item not as expected? Request return”
Select “Item not as described”
Upload your evidence and leave an explanatory comment within 48 hours after delivery
Confirm shipping the item back within 72 hours after step 4 by uploading shipping evidence
Once the return is finalized, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s price within just a few days. Learn more about the Buyer’s Return Policy.
☝️If it was a pickup order, leave the item directly with the seller and cancel the purchase through your purchase overview, under “Item not as expected”. If you take an item back home, you can’t return it after pickup.
