DMs let you have a private conversation with the seller, before or after purchase. This is useful for negotiations, arranging delivery or pickup details.
How to send a DM:
From a listing: Click the ✉️ icon next to the seller to start a private chat linked to that item.
From an order: Go to My Purchases, open your order, then click on the ✉️ icon.
You can also access all your chats in your Inbox.
A chat is always linked to either one item or to an order. You can’t message another user without referring to an item.
Our DM feature doesn’t support sending files or photos yet, we’re working on it 🔜 . In the meantime, if you need more images, just ask the seller to add extra photos directly to their listing so you can view them there.

Keep your message respectful - messages are moderated.
Don’t share personal contact information to protect your privacy, and so we can protect your money.
