What happens to unaccepted or unsold items?

These are the options you have for items that could not be sold.

Any items we can’t accept or don’t sell within the 90-day listing window, can either be returned to you or donated:

1. Getting the items back to you: 7 days before the listing window ends, we’ll send you an email where you can request the return of all unaccepted or unsold items. The return of all items costs CHF 15.00 to cover the handling and shipping.

☝️ Keep in mind: You can’t choose individual items. We’ll send nothing or everything back to the address where you originally received your marko EasySell bag.

2. Donating or Recycling: Even when we cannot accept items or they don’t sell within the 90-day listing window, we’re doing our best to give them a second life. If you don’t request a return, any items not accepted or unsold will be donated to Winterhilfe Schweiz and Caritas or recycled, if their condition and material allows for it.


My address changed. Can I get my items at a different address?

Yes, that’s possible.

When you request the return of your unsold and unaccepted items, you’ll have the option to update your address. This allows you to have your items sent to a different address than the one you originally used for your EasySell bag.
