Once you registered and filled out the details, we send an EasySell Kit to your home, free of charge. It includes:
an EasySell bag
a prepaid shipping label
a marko EasySell tag
Now, fill up the EasySell bag, tightly close it and stick on the shipping label. For the shipping, you have two options:
The Post collects it: You can place the bag in a safe spot at your home and attach the marko tag on it. Make sure it's clearly visible for your mail carrier. When they next visit your home, they'll automatically pick it up.
You drop it at the Post: Or, you can directly drop the bag off yourself at your local post office.
☝️ Keep in mind: The bag is only saved in our system once it has been picked up by the Swiss Post. Until then, it remains your responsibility. So make sure to place it in a safe location. If it is lost or stolen before pickup, you might be held liable.
The bag is not completely full? No worries, simply fold the top latch down, so it’s tightly closed. Loose bags can get damaged during shipping and sorting.
