There are three seller badges on marko:
Ships within
Last active
Bundle discount
Badges are displayed automatically when the relevant conditions are met. If a seller doesn’t qualify for a badge, it simply won’t be shown.
Ships within badge
The Ships within badge gives you an indication of how quickly a seller usually ships their orders. You may see:
Ships within 12h
Ships within 24h
Ships within 48h
Ships within 72h
The badge is calculated automatically based on the seller’s recent completed orders and their typical shipping time. If the seller usually takes longer than 72 hours to ship, no Ships within badge is shown.
Last active badge
The Last active badge shows you how recently a seller was active on marko. You may see:
Active today
Active yesterday
Active 2 days ago
If the seller was last active more than 2 days ago, no Last active badge is shown.
This can help you understand how recently the seller has been active on marko.
Bundle discount badge
The Bundle discount badge means that the seller has activated bundle discounts for their shop. When you see this badge, you can get an automatic discount when purchasing multiple eligible items from the same seller.
If the seller hasn’t activated bundle discounts, no Bundle discount badge is shown.
Where can I see seller badges?
As a buyer, you may see these badges when browsing listings, visiting a seller’s shop, or chatting with a seller.
As a seller, you can view your own badges under: Profile → Settings → Seller Status.
Your badges are updated automatically based on your activity and settings, so you don’t need to activate the Ships within or Last active badges yourself. The system does it for you 🤖
