There are two Seller Status levels:
Trending Seller (the medal icon you see below a seller's avatar)
Super Seller (the medal icon with a checkmark)
Your status is based on your recent sales performance, cancellation rate, and how long you’ve been on marko.
How do I become a Trending Seller?
To qualify as a Trending Seller, you need to:
Complete at least 10 sales
Have a cancellation rate of 10% or less
Have been on marko for at least 90 days
How do I become a Super Seller?
To qualify as a Super Seller, you need to:
Complete at least 30 sales
Have a cancellation rate of 5% or less
Have been on marko for at least 90 days
Super Seller is the highest Seller Status on marko 🥇
How does Seller Status work?
Seller Status works in 3-month periods (calendar quarters). If you qualified for Trending Seller or Super Seller during the previous quarter, you keep that status for the current quarter.
But you don't necessarily have to wait until the end of the quarter to move up!
For example, if you start the quarter as a Trending Seller and reach the requirements for Super Seller, you can become a Super Seller during that same quarter.
Your activity during the current quarter also determines the status you'll have for the following quarter. At the beginning of each new quarter, your sales progress starts again from zero. Sales from the previous quarter don't count toward the new qualification period.
Where can I see my Seller Status and progress?
You can follow your progress anytime under: Profile → Settings → Seller Status
There you can see:
Your current Seller Status
Your progress toward your next status
Your completed sales
Your cancellation rate
Whether you've reached the minimum account age
Your seller badges
Where is my Seller Status visible?
When you have Trending Seller or Super Seller status, a status badge appears on your profile picture so other users can recognize your status on marko. If you don't currently have a Seller Status, no status badge is displayed.
Are Seller Status and seller badges the same thing?
No. Your Seller Status and your seller badges are separate.
Trending Seller and Super Seller are based on your overall selling performance. Seller badges provide other useful information, such as how quickly you usually ship, when you were last active, or whether you offer bundle discounts. You can have seller badges even if you don't currently have Trending Seller or Super Seller status.
