Where can I manage my notifications?

Head to your profile settings and click on Notifications. That’s where you can control which notifications you want to receive. By default, all notifications are on.

What types of notifications are there?

We’ve made it simple for you to pick what you want and how you want to receive updates. You only receive push notifications when you have them activated on your marko app.

  • 🛒 Order: Updates about your sales or purchases. You can't turn off email notifications for these, as we can’t take the risk you miss those updates. Still, it’s up to you whether you want to receive push or not.

  • Comments: when someone comments or replies on your listings. Set your email and push preferences as you wish.

  • Listing: updates about your listings. This can include smart pricing changes and tips to help you sell faster. Decide whether you want email and push notifications.

  • Social: get alerts when you get new followers or when people you follow post new listings. You control the push notifications.

  • Offers & Discounts: exclusive codes to save on secondhand finds and sales. You choose whether you want email and push alerts.

  • Inspirations & Recommendations: Get personalised recommendations to help you discover hidden gems we think you’d really like. You choose your email and push preferences.

  • Newsletters: special updates, announcements and latest feature releases. You decide if you want these emails; There are no push notifications for newsletters.
