What is a bundle?
A bundle allows you to buy multiple items from the same seller in a single order, with one checkout, one payment and one delivery. This makes the shopping experience smoother and reduces overall shipping costs 🤩.
Not all items can be bundled. Items only form a bundle when they meet the following conditions:
All items are from the same seller.
The seller has bundles enabled in their settings.
All items have compatible delivery options. For example, if one item can only be picked up while others can only be shipped → the bundle can’t happen.
If these conditions aren't met, the cart will display items as separate bundles inviting the buyer to proceed with different checkouts.
How items are grouped?
When items are eligible for bundles, they are grouped using the following logic:
All items can be shipped or picked up → The buyer can choose either option
One or more items can't be picked up → The bundle must be shipped
One or more items can’t be shipped → The bundle must be picked up
How much is shipping?
Instead of paying the shipping cost for each item, bundled orders use a single shipping fee based on the highest individual shipping cost among all the items. This means:
The buyer avoids duplicated shipping fees.
The fee covers the cost of sending all items together.
The seller is protected from surprise costs.
If a pair of sneakers costs CHF 8.50 to ship, and a bracelet costs CHF 2.00, the bundle shipping fee will be CHF 8.50. This ensures both items can be shipped together, without additional charges after checkout.
Why this matters: Buyers get a predictable, fair shipping rate. Sellers can confidently send everything in one package.
☝️ Calculate the shipping costs: When setting up bundles, ensure that shipping costs and conditions are accurately planned to avoid unexpected expenses. It's not possible to change the price of shipping fees after the order has been made.
How do returns work?
Returning bundled items is simple: one single return process per order. Here’s how it work:
The buyer selects the item(s) and the reason for the return within 48 hours after delivery.
All item(s) must be sent back in one package within 72 hours.
Refunds are issued once the return is received and the order closed.

How can I activate or deactivate bundles on my shop?
Bundles are enabled by default for all sellers. You can manage your bundle settings anytime via “Seller Tools”.
⚠️ Remember: If your listings use different return or pickup addresses, you cannot enable bundles. You’ll see a warning message if any new listing introduces an address mismatch. Why? Mixing addresses within one order is confusing for buyers and increases the chance of delivery errors or miscommunication 🤯.
How do bundle discounts work?
As a seller, you can offer bundle discounts to encourage buyers to purchase multiple items from you in one order. When enabled, the discount is applied automatically at checkout, no negotiation needed.
You can manage your bundle-discount rules directly in your shop settings.
If you're using the app: Go to your profile at the bottom right, tap the ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner, then select Seller Tools settings.
If you're on a browser: Click your profile picture in the top right corner, go to Settings, and then open your Seller Tools settings.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no manual coupon or negotiation needed between the seller and the buyer.
☝️ Keep in mind: Discounts apply to the current item price, including offers or smart-pricing reductions. And marko fees are calculated on the item price before the bundle discount is applied.
