How do I track what’s happening with my items?

At every step, we keep you updated.

We’ll keep you informed about the status of your items throughout the EasySell process.

You’ll receive email updates when:

  • The Swiss Post confirms that your EasySell bag has been delivered to marko

  • Your items have been listed on marko

  • The 90-day listing period soon ends (in 7 days) to ask you whether you'd like your unsold items returned. Learn more about What happens to unaccepted or unsold items.

  • You requested a return for unsold items and your package has been prepared and is ready to be shipped back to you

Track your items anytime

You can also follow the progress of your items directly in your marko profile under Listings. Simply log in and see which items have been listed and sold.
