How do I relist a cancelled or returned item?

If an item is cancelled or returned, here's how you can quickly relist the item.

Keep in mind that the original listing must remain connected to the original order for record-keeping and order history purposes. So when you relist a cancelled or returned item, we actually create a new listing using the information from the original one.

How do I relist an item?

  1. Open Profile → My Listings → Completed

  2. Find the cancelled or returned order

  3. Click on

  4. Select Relist

A new listing will be created and published automatically.

What information is copied to the new listing?

The new listing is pre-filled with the original item's:

  • Photos

  • Title

  • Description

  • Category

  • Price

This allows you to relist the item without creating it from scratch.

Will the original order be affected?

No. The original order, transaction history, and related records remain unchanged. However, the order must be closed, so if the return or cancelation hasn't yet been completed, relisting the item(s) won't be available.

Is the new listing immediately visible?

Yes. Once relisted, the new listing becomes active and is visible to buyers immediately.
