After the sales transaction has been completed, your payout will be processed. Your money will be directly deposited into your account, usually within 2-3 business days. However, depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days before your payout arrives in your account.
What do I need to do to get paid?
We need to know where to send your money. To set up the bank account on which you want to get paid, you need to enter the name and IBAN (must be Swiss, starting with CH) of the bank account. Find out more on How can I change my IBAN.
My payout hasn’t arrived yet, what's next?
If your sale overview shows that a payout was triggered and should have already reached your bank account, but you haven’t received it, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Provide a new IBAN: Contact the marko team and share new IBAN details.
Initiate a new payment: Once your IBAN was updated in your profile, our team will manually trigger a new payout.
Contact Support if needed: If the payout still doesn’t arrive after these steps, reach out to our Support team so we can investigate further.
When will I get paid?
The payout will be issued as soon as the order is closed. That means that the buyer has received the item(s) and either manually accepted them or did not initiate a return within two days of the delivery.
Depending on your bank, the money will arrive on your bank account within the next 30 days, but usually within 2-3 business days.
Buyers are required to fully pre-pay at the moment of their purchase. This ensures a seamless process for both parties while safeguarding the transaction In other words, there's no risk of you not getting paid!
Good to know: Your marko payout will appear in your bank account as "Stripe Payments UK LTD", with the description "Marko Payout". It's primarily showing as a Stripe transfer as this the secure platform we use to handle the payments between buyer and seller.
How much will I get paid?
You will receive the price of the sale item, minus the seller fee. We collect a payment transaction fee of CHF 1.- plus 1.9% of the item’s sale price for handling the payments and keeping you safe. Read more about that under What Is The Seller Fee.
