3. Take the right action
Based on the reason you choose, we’ll support you until your issue is fixed.
Whenever possible, we’ll solve the issue ourselves. But because marko acts solely as an intermediary, there are legal limits to how far we can intervene: In some cases, you need to take action yourself.
